Creative Lenses Forum Lund was an event for re-thinking business models in the arts and culture sector took place in Lund, Sweden on 16-17 March 2017.

At the forum, project mentors, Paul Bogen and Sandy Fitzgerald of Olivearte Cultural Agency (UK) and Katarina Scott of The Creative Plot (Sweden), project researcher, Lucy Kimbell of University of the Arts London (UK), and cultural manager, Amelie Snyers of Village Underground (UK), shared their experiences with the Catalyst Programme. The Catalyst Programme is an action learning process in the Creative Lenses project involving eight cultural organisations as well as several mentors and researchers to investigate how to develop their business models and try out new ways of working.
